Within Reach you have the ability to receive email notifications based on certain activities within Reach. 


  • Head to Admin > Email Notifications
    • Only Admin user's will have access to this feature
  • You can set up notifications up by ticking the box(es) to receive the following options of notifications:
  • Enquiry Notification
    • This will send an email to a user who has been assigned an enquiry.
  • Project Management Notification
    • Send an email to the project owner when a task is placed in a Blocked Status.
    • Send an email to the user when they have been assigned a task.


The email notifications can not be set up per individual user's preference. If an Admin enables all notifications, then all Key Users will receive notifications.
