Within Reach you have the ability to receive email notifications based on certain activities within Reach.
- Head to Admin > Email Notifications
- Only Admin user's will have access to this feature
- You can set up notifications up by ticking the box(es) to receive the following options of notifications:
- Enquiry Notification
- This will send an email to a user who has been assigned an enquiry.
- Project Management Notification
- Send an email to the project owner when a task is placed in a Blocked Status.
- Send an email to the user when they have been assigned a task.
The email notifications can not be set up per individual user's preference. If an Admin enables all notifications, then all Key Users will receive notifications.
