Key users, with relevant permissions, are able to see an up-to date list of a suppliers organisaiton participation record within the relevant organisation profile. This will allow Key Users to see what Requirement(s) the supplier has participated in, been qualified for, disqualified or made live against.
Head to the relevant Supplier Organisation profile > Participation. From here, you can see the:
- Requirement Number
- Requirement Title
- Requirement Status
- Organisation Status = the status of the supplier within that Requirement
- A Supplier on Requirement with status 'Live' means Live Supplier.
- 'Qualified' Status means Qualified Supplier.
- 'Disqualified status means Disqualified Supplier.
- 'eRFX Participant' means none of the above status' apply, so either the supplier has registered interest and/or submitted a response to a tender without being qualified/disqualified
- There is also an option to export the list to Excel by click 'Export to Excel'.
