Deleting contacts and organisations cannot be undone, so please make sure you are certain you want them deleted first. If you would like to search and bulk delete contacts which have been inactive, please refer to our help page titled ‘Contact Removal’.
Please email support@panacea-software.com and confirm the contact/organisation you would like deleted. The Panacea team will then cross-check to ensure the users are not listed on a cost/job etc that would be affected by a contact/organisation being deleted.
