The software will automatically deactivate contacts that have had an email marked as 'Undeliverable' to their email address, or if the contact has unsubscribed from your releases. You can view and manage all deactivated contacts via Contacts > Suppressed Emails.
Reach deactivates these contacts so to reduce the number of bounce-backs you receive from releases. These are not deleted and instead deactivated in order to allow you to manage them.
Reactivate Contacts
You can reactivate contacts within the Supressed Emails page by checking the selection box against each relevant contact and clicking Reactivate Selected either above or below the list.
Filtering
- Use the search function to find a particular contact
- Click on a column to sort the list of contacts alphabetically by Contact, Organisation, Job Title, Email, Deactivated Date and Reason
- Filter the quantity of contacts you would like displayed on your screen at a time, and also to see how many groups there are overall (entries)
- Use the Excel or PDF button to pull off a report containing all contacts displayed on your current screen and the filtering & columns you've applied
