There are a variety of emails that are sent from/ via the Software. This includes emails sent relating to:

• Requirements (e.g. RFX Invitation, Successful tender moderation etc)
• T&I (new booking email to supplier, booking accepted to client/ supplier)
• Project P2P (quote requests to suppliers, Purchase Order/ Order confirmation emails to suppliers etc)
• Direct P2P (Purchase Order emails to suppliers, Requisitions requiring Budget Stamp approval /purchase approval)
• New Nudge
• Live Opportunities to Suppliers
• Daily Digest (list of all open notifications for logged-in user)
• Supplier Weekly Digest
• REACH Releases*

Users with appropriate access can view a log of emails sent from the software. Access depends on user role/ site specific set-up.

Email Archive 

This shows all emails listed above for Site Administrators & other relevant Key Users (as requested). 

User's can search/filter emails by: 

• Date - Use the 'Date from' and 'Date to' to select a period of time in which to view all email activity. Limiting the time frame is recommended owing the large number of entries that may appear. 
• Project 
• Job 
• Recipient - specific email address
• eRFX Requirement (this only filters requirements from 5 Feb 2026)
• Results per page

Requirements - Emails in Audit

Within the Audit tab of a Requirement, from the 5th February 2026, designated users can see a list of relevant emails sent that relate to the Requirement.

Job Bag Emails

This lets users view emails sent relating to a specific job. Subject to access, this can be found via the Email tab on the job bag.

REACH Release Emails

* Emails sent via our REACH Release module will not be located in our Email Archive. 

You can monitor your sent releases to keep track of whether recipients have opened the release and if any have not delivered or bounced. See here for more information.
