Completing orders without delivery confirmation

When suppliers do not confirm delivery directly on the software, there is still the option to complete orders, ensuring that the 'Live Orders' screen remains for live orders.


  • Click Complete on the 'Live Orders' page. This will set the order as Delivered and paid so it will no longer show up on the Live Orders screen.


  • You will receive a pop-up asking: Are you happy to mark this order as completed? Accepting this will confirm that the order has been delivered and paid. 
  • Once the order has been marked as completed, it will no longer show up in your 'Supplier Interface. 


N.B. (Applies ONLY when the Delivery Confirmation module is NOT in effect)
