As a Key User you may need a method of searching for a particular organisation or for viewing a comprehensive list of organisations for reporting purposes.
You can view this via Contacts > Organisations
Under the header you may select any relevant filters to narrow down your search for a specific list. This includes all organisations, both internal and external client and supplier organisations.
On the right-hand side, you will notice a Columns button which allows you to select/de-select specific columns to provide you with all of the relevant information required as well as filtering out any columns that are not required.
Next to the Columns button, you will also notice 2 other buttons labelled Excel and PDF which you may use to export this list in either an excel or PDF format.
At the footer of this list, you can also select the number of entries shown in the list. Alongside this, you may find the page number which you can select to view the next page in the list.
